4U Hot-swap Rack Case JM4U-02
The JM4U-02 is a 428 × 650 × 178 mm 4U rack chassis (482 mm wide with mounting brackets) in 1.2 mm galvanized steel for EATX (305 × 345 mm) and smaller motherboards. It provides eight hot-swappable 3.5-/2.5-inch bays plus two internal 2.5-inch system bays, seven full-height slots, expansion cards up to 340 mm, a 155 mm CPU cooler limit, an ATX power supply bay and three 12 cm fans with two reserved 6 cm rear positions.

What is the MOQ for this platform?
500 units for the standard build. Custom cable looms, housing colour or private-label plates start at 1,000 units.
Can the connector configuration be changed?
Yes. Connector count, gauge, sleeve colour and cable length are configurable at the ODM stage; drawings are issued for approval before tooling.
What is the lead time?
Samples ship in 10–15 working days. Volume production is 30–45 days from PO, subject to component allocation.
